I am not sure. If I had to guess, there's some incompatibility with this FPS hack and the device you are trying to play the game on.
I have a saturn with a Satiator and one with a MODE I may grab them out of storage and see if they work on those. Thank you sir for all your help!

So all three translated versions work and the premium disc that are individually. Do the individual english translated versions have the 60 fps option as well?

See, the game is normally ran at 30 FPS. It doesn't bother me, though it bothers some people.
The other side of the coin is that you get 4 discs worth of content in just 2 disc images, so it's a little more practical.
Good to know that since I haven’t started it yet on my fenrir, I might as well remove my card and upload this version instead.

Uhh.... I don't claim to be the smartest person, but is this simply just an FPS boost mod essentially? I mean, I see this is also downloading them all together as opposed to individually. Does Shining Force 3 even benefit from an FPS boost really? I'm so confused.

Great work! New to SF, so what's the recommended order to play? Scenario 1, 2, 3 and premium/history after? Premium being in disc 1 confuses me.
Plot wise 1 and 2 happen in parallel, I think. Scenario 3 is the culmination of the story and premium disc is separate. Since you get to transfer data, I suggest playing in numerical order.

Awesome release! ::thumbsupwario So just to confirm—Volume 1 includes Scenario 1, and Volume 2 includes Scenarios 2 and 3, right? Does Volume 1 also come with the Premium content and History? ::thinking

This would've been nice to have before I started playing the games (on Scenario 2 now), but yeah if you haven't played SFIII yet, DO SO!!

It's also pretty friendly for newcomers to SRGPs (as in, it can get challenging, but not because of a bunch of obtuse game mechanics you have to micromanage).
