Yes, you read that right. While not a complete recreation, it’s still a Shenmue fangame that has some impressive 3D segments recreating some iconic moments from the first game and a cool, sprite based overworld where you get to talk to and hang out with some of the most iconic SEGA characters! It’s a fan game that’s one of the more impressive projects running on Saturn right now, and the sheer fact that it’s running so well is impressive! Even more impressive to think that it’s still being worked on! A miraculous achievement for the SEGA Saturn community, as I remember only about a decade ago hearing that the Saturn was impossible to emulate, let alone homebrew for! It’s beautiful to see how that has changed, and I as a new Saturn fan can’t help but be so proud of where the community is, as well as hopeful for its future.

People were pretending the Saturn couldn't be emulated long after SSF was capable of handling most games, truly a bizarre phenomenon.
Cool looking fangame, I'll give it a shot.
