Is there any news about the translation for Shadowrun on Sega CD?

When I read the reddit thread that alludes that the translation is close to being finished I asked a friend at sega extreme if he has any more information. According to him, the script is done but they are having trouble with the technical side of things, as in, getting it to work in the game. To quote him: "Basically there aren't very good Sega CD debugging tools for emulators"
