Don't remember where I got this but here's the translated dialog for the audio diaries that the translation patch doesn't cover. Wanted to put this over on the PSX page but Disqus doesn't support attachments. The other PDF linked here covers the main story.

a few years ago someone made an online recreation of the psx game, it's fully translated, works in your browser, and you can save by copy/pasting a string of text (click on "options" to find your save text)

I haven't had a chance to play this game, but it looks like an interaction game, which is quite unique and different from the PS1 games that we are normally used to see, you know, like RPG or Visual Novel or other genres like that with anime themes.

I have a PDF file full of translated game text. But I don't know if it's from the audio files or just cutrscenes as I never played the actual game. It's 695 pages and I did read all through it a long time ago. It was released in 2014. All scenes are labeled. If it does include the audio translation then you can at least read along.
