I want to ask if selfpromoting a twitch channel, a yt channel, a web page is allowed. I think it could be interesting but i understand if it is against the forums motives. I have not seen anything against it on the rules but i thought it wouldn't hurt to question.

I don't think this is ever came up, and I'm certainly willing to listen... maybe we can add a prerequisite to it before allowing it? (Like requiring a certain number of posts and time on the site before letting you do it, kinda like it works with custom titles).

We'll let you know!

Well, even I promote myself here! ?
Free women in their thirties or forties, looking for attention, love and affection, ready and available for an online relationship (purely virtual, alas); yours truly is free, open and available, and will welcome you with open arms. ? ?

I have a question...
My random '32x32 Delivery' (without consent of everyone), could be considered self promotion on the forums??

I don't think so.
After all, it was more of a gift, you weren't just going around advertising your sprite-making skills and asking for promotion, or sponsorship of any sort, nor did you leave some sort of gofundme type of link.

Asked this, because I am self-promoting the very own users, around the forum... On the same place, this very same forum. Lol...
Self-Promotion is another perspective for being redundant...

I was really skeptical with this, initially, as there are a lot of places with a "no advertising/self-promotion" policy, be it Discord or other places I was in. This is the big reason why, when I had my project video up before having to pull it due to an issue, I sent it to my Status rather than an actual thread (on top of potentially looking like a narcissist, which is not my intention).

Of course, there is a bit of a difference with me when it comes to YT (I've yet to see someone with even 100 Subs here out of others' shared YT profile, while I'm inching closer to 2000 by the day), but I had to get that through underground recognition as I barely exist on other main social media sites.
