SEGA SG-1000/SC-3000 for the Repo

I think that the SEGA consoles on the Repo weren't complete without the first SEGA console ever. Don't have a lot of games but I think that is ok for a section on the Repo.

Well, technically also the Pico, Advanced Pico Beena and AI Computer games are missing too, but how the games are more educational than entertainment we can skip these.

This is a good idea because it also serves to preserve the SG-1000/SC-3000's catalog of games and programs.

Everyone should get to play that Golgo 13 game on SG-1000. Also a really good version of HERO.
