Sega Saturn Hidden Gems?

As others have said, many many games on the Saturn are worth playing. Not to mention Saturn ports of many games are superior to their PS1 counterparts (though not always).

This reminds me of another particularly good one where the Saturn port is the best version:

Vandal Hearts.
Quality TRPG - I don't recall it doing anything super unique, but it's just all-around really good.

I don't know it is counts as hidden, but the port of Twinkle Star Sprites has a new mode, a new character exclusive to that version and the cutest intro of a game

For something Hardcore i would reccomend Panzer Dragoon Saga or Virtua on

Absolutely kid, World Series Baseball II might be the best baseball game ever made. There's also a bunch of golf games on it that are pretty fun, albeit a bit clunky.

There's a lot of obvious ones, some of which were mentioned above, but I'll throw another vote in for Mystaria/Blazing Heroes. Not sure why the title change happened with that one, but it was a pretty decent one of those for the time.

I remember Winter Heat being pretty good too, but it's been almost 30 years.

Just be careful as you track down roms, the saturn does have plenty of the ol' J-pron roms as well.

And no the game i linked above is not one of them. ;)
