Iirc someone asked about it last year and the answer back then was that it's generally discouraged because there's no way we'd be able to oversee such a thing properly and we wouldn't want to take the heat if someone felt cheated or scammed.

Not that I assume you have bad intentions or anything like that, it's just the way things are sometimes on the Internet.
