Save File Section ?

Though I guess if there were repo for save files this place would be abit more like GBAtemp lol

mmm i'd enjoy seeing zsnes replay files too. 10 years ago watching the 100% completion of Super Mario World was interesting. Though i'm sure TAS files in the same vein would be cool.

That sounds p good, it can be it's own tab or a section on The Repo. I wouldn't mind uploading some of my saves.

Yeah I'd definitely up to sharing a select few of my save files too so that's why I suggested.

I know this is rather overly-ambitious request, but I would like to at least hear the feedback on it.

Over the years intrest in retro games slowly burns away. Upon completing the game people tend leave nothing but memories behind, while digital progress is lost in time.
I just thought if would nice to have a place where community of people with a hobby of playing video games could share this progress with the rest of the world, and archive it while it's still there.

I personally own dozens those files from the fully finished walktroughs of a console games which I will never touch again...

No worries :D despite the wall of text that thread is also pretty vague on what exactly they want... guess you can either join forces or go to war to decide idk, they have a bigger army though at the moment...
