SAO Infinity Moment patching issue

Hi all, so I’ve been able to download the pre-patched japanese version and the english patch both from this site. The thing is I don’t know how to apply the patch, especially since I’m using the ppsspp on ios. When I run the japanese version it runs (obviously) but with all japanese text, and the english patch tells me extracted iso not found. Anyone know how to combine these two, it would be best if the entire process is on ios since my pc just broke down.

i don't understand, if you downloaded the english patch from this site, you can just open the english patched iso right away in the ppsspp, no need to apply anything to the japanese version. or am i missing something here?

Yes as @Saucytako said you don't have to do any patching.
Download, extract and open iso with emulator.
Post some images of what errors you see when trying to do just that. @ranger117
