Sanma is still around and hosts a couple of TV shows that have been running since the '90s.

There's one that's a talk show called Dancing Sanma Palace, and panelists for it often take a picture with this prop of Sanma's head to post on their social media. (Basically, making fun of his own protruding front teeth has been a longtime staple of his act.)
