Is it worth including the character guide and movelist that was mentioned in the notes? At a glance its not VITAL but it definitely helps give you an idea of how you are intended to use each character.

Personally, I don't think so. I quickly got adjusted to each character's movesets by just playing the game—like virtually every gamer on the planet.

Much some other "SoR 2" hacks, "Senshi Wars" is a fun way to revisit one of the greatest beat 'em ups ever created. Highly recommended if you're a fan of the official "Sailor Moon" beat 'em ups or the IP in general.
