RPCSX - yay or nay?

I don't exactly have a gaming laptop. I'm using a Ryzen 7000 Series 5.
I can play a few ps3 games even with my mini pc, which has a ryzen 3750H. I haven't tested MGS4 yet, I doubt it will run. Skate3 runs like absolute crap XD

But Tales of Graces works, and most of the Atelier games :D

Unless you have a super computer, a real PS3 is you best bet.
But it's good to have a PS3 emu.

The thing is, unless you already have a powerful rig, it's literally cheaper to get a used PS3 than JUST a graphics card. Cool thing about PS3s is they also emulate PS1, 2, and PSP games and have tons of classics on PSN, though it takes a while to set everything up.

HD versions of first Tekken Tag Tournament and SoulCalibur 2 are better than emulating PS2 ones, though IIRC they're also on 360, that generation just covers a LOT of ground that only now started getting PC ports (RDR1, Orochi 3) or didn't get any at all (Tekken 6, SC4/5) etc.

The thing is, unless you already have a chassis, it's literally cheaper to get the bus than to but JUST the engine.
