I would also love it if someone could make a similar mod of RRR for SNES that has 6 racers on a track & maybe create some new vehicles with newer weapons to add to the ones that are currently on there. Maybe even play as the enemy characters.

I doubt the SNES would be able to run all of that without some considerable slowdown, at least on real hardware.

Prerendered sprites. Honestly idk why the game has such a bad framerate. It runs at like 20fps on the Super Nintendo.

I think it's because of the technical limitations of the console that the developers had no choice but to lock it at 20FPS for the game to run decently.
