Okay, so for context (because I know this is a strange situation to be in), I was temporarily homeless. When this happened, I lost my 3DS charger-- but I kept the 3DS itself. I have a new charger finally coming in the mail and I want to revive it. I'm pretty sure it's running Luma.

So basically I have to prepare an SD card for this thing so I can boot it up and be at least nearly back to where I was two years ago when I had this thing running full steam. Is there like a .zip file I can get that has like the important stuff already on there? I know I won't have to reinstall Luma on this thing if it turns back on, but I'd like to be able to get the SD card rigged back up to boot stuff properly once I'm able to get it charged. But my searches all give me either "Here's how to install Luma!" (which I've already done), or "just transfer the files from one SD card to another" which I can't do because the old SD card does not exist anymore.

(For context, I do have an SD card sitting here I put boot.3dsx and boot.firm on)

Thank you. I love you or something.

pretty sure that you can just shove any old memory card inside it. Once you've got LUma installed it reflashes something and has to be removed manually.

Your best bet is to try and boot into the Luma/Recovery menu by holding start when you're booting and seeing if you get a menu pop up.

Ok so, I recently had to go through the same ordeal of reviving my O3DS while also upgrading from 32 to 64GB sd card. If all you want to do is use it again and depending on how old it has been modded for, just download the luma folder from the link they shared on this thread and check if the Health and Safety app is actually that or FBI installed over it. I thought I was gonna be out of luck when I remember that was a thing I did almost a decade ago when I first modded my console.

If you start at this page, it can help you update from older cfw.

It helped me when I dusted off my 3DS a bit ago.

Pretty much this. I didn't touch my modded 3DS for many years, and a quick read through that guide bought it back up to speed.

If you don't mind, take a screenshot of the SD card directory for me, so I can see what folders are on there. If FBI is installed, then you should be good to go.
