Hello good people, so about a good couple months when the nintendo direct for mario kart world came out, I had decided to invest in a switch card dumper and start backing up my personal collection of games so then I would feel safe having my games actually backed up and so I could play them with some enhancements on my PC and Rog Ally. During this time I remembered about my retroid pocket 4 pro and was curious to know which switch emulator would be the best for an android device like that? I tried yuzu, but it wasn't working so well and it would crash. Just curious about the other switch emulators out there that can help with my curiosity :)

You could try Sudachi and Citron. They might be forks of Yuzu but I found that some games work only on specific forks (for example Quake 2 only worked on Sudachi for me). There's also Kenji-NX, but I could get only one game to run on it. Also, try experimenting with Turnip drivers.

Funnily i stumbled upon on this Retroid Pocket 4 Pro compatibility sheet made by the community just yesterday when researching another topic:

Its pretty impressive how comprehensive it is and should help you out quite a bit.

Regarding other switch emulators on android: Yuzu is most of the time your best bet. The track records of bringing actual improvements on the dozens of forks is quite thin IMHO. Two of the better ones were already mentioned in this thread. I remember that Burnout Paradise ran much better on the long gone Skyline V69 emulator. But that was on a Snapdragon device. Idk how that would work out on the mediatek SOC of the RP4.
