Resident Evil: Revelations 3, what would it be like?

I love the Revelations titles, mainly for the Raid mode if I'm being honest, but also for handling side stories in the RE universe. I've heard some people online talk about a proposed third entry in one of two ways. In one camp are those that say the Revelations titles were a course correction and side project during the action oriented era of the series. And as such, that there's no need for a third Revelations game since the franchise as a whole has pivoted back to horror forward design. And there are others who think that a trilogy is more satisfying than a duology and that a side story could explore parts of the franchise unseen and bring back often neglected characters back into the limelight.

Personally I think that a third Revelations title could further improve the addictive Raid Mode and bring about that multi-player Resident Evil game Capcom keeps trying to jam down our throats. While also bringing back legacy characters like Sherry, Barry, Carlos, Sheva, and maybe even the dude from Dead Aim. It could explore the BSAA as an organization and go into its corruption that was hinted at in Resident Evil 8. And bring back certain staples of the action era; like stunning enemies to do follow up melee attacks for big damage, co-op, and hordes of enemies.

So what camp do you guys fall into and what would you want out of a new Resident Evil: Revelations title?

Like it or not raid mode has a niche audience, and I say that as a big fan of Rev2's raid mode. Even among Raid mode enjoyers people didn't like it as much as the first rev games raid mode so we're unlikely to see another.

edit: What I'd want (sorry forgot to answer haha) is something like Rev2 Raid mode with much longer levels, they're way too short, and I'd also prefer they not be recycled levels from another RE game lol (RE6 for raid mode on Rev2).

I've always seen the Revelations games as side-stories, so I wouldn't mind seeing Carlos, Sheva, or hell even Jake get some more screentime. As long as Raid mode is present and accounted for, I'd give it a shot.

It'd be an excuse to bring back Billy from Zero. Capcom could do something like Rebecca and Barry suspect that the BSAA is slowly turning into another version of Umbrella and Rebecca decided to call Billy for help. Jill who has kind of been forgotten would also be there to help because she cares for Chris and is there just because she doesn't want to believe Chris is becoming evil. Leon and Claire would probably get involved and since Leon and Sherry are technically co-workers, she'd probably find out and she's help as well. It'd be like a way to unite forgotten characters with characters we all know and love because Capcom won't let us forget them. Ada would probably have no place in the game though so all the Leon x Ada shippers would have to settle for Leon x Claire or someone else for this game. It would make perfect sense for a 3rd game to follow this story since 8 already teased there is some corruption in the BSAA and this would be a great way to either reveal the true villain or villains of the entire story since 8 revealed the whole thing probably started with Miranda and how she gave Spencer samples of the mold which he used with the flowers found in 5 to make the Prototype Virus which would later become the T-Virus which would be used as a base for future viruses like we've already seen.
