Non-Issue Removal of the 10,000 characters limit

Some changelogs of emulators or even readmes for some translations/hacks can be bigger than 10,000 characters but we cant the post the text here because of this limit. Can this be removed? It's not like i'll post a text with 1 MB or bigger than that anyway. ;) - and spammers/idiots who abuse this can be banned.

Copy the text to a txt file upload it as an attachment.
The limit is there by design of the forum software to maintain stability.
