In a episode where Cartman is more uncontrollable than ever, followed with unsuccessful attempts with psychologists, his mom decides to resort to a dog trainer, based on the real life star of the show Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, who rehabilitates dogs.

You can watch it freely and legally here: https://www.southparkstudios.com.br/en/episodes/h7679l/south-park-tsst-season-10-ep-7

Cesar reacted to this episode many years later in his channel. Not only he took it very well but also provides insight through the whole episode while never breaking the character:

I don’t have any images atm so here’s random examples off the top of my head;
  1. Most Green Lantern episodes in Batman: The Brave and the Bold
  2. The Scooby Doo crossover with Supernatural, it’s fully animated!
  3. The Superman episode where he fights the 5th dimensional imp
  4. Teen Titans episode where Robin fights a ghost of Slade
  5. Hardman’s episode in Ruby Spears’ Megaman, it’s hilariously awful.
  6. The Ben 10 episode where Ghostfreak breaks out.
  7. The Generator Rex crossover with Ben 10
  8. The Family Guy episode with Foaud’s debut
  9. A TON of Samurai Jack episodes
  10. All of Johnny Bravo
  11. The Final Episode of Megas XLR
  12. That one episode in Mike Tyson mysteries where he says OOOOOOO because he was reading a bunch of zeroes. Classic. He also hates Chris Masters which is hella funny.
  13. A Craig of the Week episode I can’t remember the name of.
  14. The Jackie Chan cartoon episode where Jacky loses his memories and Jade teaches him martial arts.

SpongeBob SquarePants's "Band Geeks" should be considered a national treasure.
Agreed!

There's an episode of Rugrats All Grown-up! in which Suzie is scammed by a couple of so-called "talent seekers" and spends a lot of money she doesn't really have to rent a recording studio to kickstart her singing career... except that the "studio" doesn't exist and it turns out to be an abandoned warehouse in the middle of an incredibly rough neighborhood. The most brilliant part is that the show doesn't even attempt to make things right for her, and only leaves both the character and the audience with the could understanding that cruelty like this exists in the world and that there truly are people ready to prey on someone's dreams and ambitions without a second thought.

As Told By Ginger's take on suicide is also a masterpiece:

And "Bart Gets An F" is the first time we see a darker message coming across on the normally chill AF Simpsons: sometimes your best effort just isn't enough, which is brutal to see.

Futurama's "Luck Of The Fryrish" and "Jurassic Bark" are just... wow.

Almost all of Magus XLR,
Same for Generator Rex,
OG Ben 10 and the Alien Force,
A lot from Ed, Edd & Eddy,
Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy had some great episodes,
Chowder had great episodes from the start,
Dexter specially the "Omelet and bacon" episode.

Jurassic Bark
That episode is a fucking weapon, Jesus Christ.

-Every episode of Cowboy Bebop (it's technically a cartoon) basically, but specifically Jupiter Jazz, Ganymede Eulogy and Speak Like A Child for me.
-a lot of Hey Arnold episodes, that show was fantastic and I don't really see many people talk about it.
-the first Babydoll episode from Batman: The Animated Series.
-the last episode of Cybersix.

That's all I got off the top of my head.

Clone High's Raisin the Stakes is a personal favorite of mine, nothing in Season 2/compares.

Ed Edd N Eddy's An Ed is Born for beign the funniest episode in the show and its unique format.

Pizza Delivery from Spongebob. To me that episode is, and should be, the standard of how the characters are handled. Plus it is highly quotable and memorable.

"For The Man Who Has Everything" Justice League Unlimited
"Meltdown" Batman Beyond
"Payback" Batman Beyond
"Out of the Past" Batman Beyond
"Nano" Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003)
"Wake the Dead" Justice League Unlimited
"Question Authority" Justice League Unlimited
"Chill of the Night" Batman: The Brave and the Bold
"Mayhem of the Music Meister!" Batman: The Brave and the Bold
"The Party" Spider-Man: The New Animated Series
"Law of the Jungle" Spider-Man: The New Animated Series
"Intervention" Spectacular Spider-Man

A short list. But all great stuff from some amazing shows

That Powerpuff Girls episode, Speed Demon, where they race so fast that they end up in a dystopian apocalyptic future. Always found it creepy as hell as a kid

Also that one Simpsons episode in season 2 about Homer eating fugu fish and thinking he's going to die. One of the best episodes of the whole show

I don't remember the title, sorry, but there was this one Adventure Time episode that stuck with me.
It was somewhere near when the show took a more serious tone. Finn still had his right arm.
The episode was about Finn trying to escape this dungeon. He was trapped in this small room, with a big door at the end. No matter how much he tried, it wouldn't open. But, somehow, when Finn closed his eyes, he could go through the door, but from that point on, whenever opened his eyes, he'd be back
Into the dungeon, even after escaping. Finn would have to wear a blindfold to keep his eyes closed.
Eventually, after getting lost, Finn finds himself back into the dungeon. Then and only then, was he able to open his eyes and see the transport tunnels of the rooms he was trapped in.

As a kid, I knew enough that it meant something, but not what...

Another Adventure Time episode was that one Ice Finn episode.
I really loved the more eerie episodes of that show. And again, sorry for forgetting the titles... :(

The Ren & Stimpy where they're rubber nipple salesmen, but specifically for the bit with Mr Horse flipping out. So creepy but so good.

The episode from 80s Ducktales where the nephews lie to Scrooge about what day it is, so they can get their allowance early. He then goes about his day and people keep telling him it isn't Saturday or whatever, but he's got enough clout that the world skips ahead a day. It eventually goes back, but the concept always made me laugh, someone somewhere would be able to prove to the guy that it was Friday.

The GI Joe episode (I think it was a two parter) where Shipwreck wakes up in the future and there are no more Joes, Lady Jaye is dead, and then Roadblock melts? Weird ass shit

JLU- Epilogue. While I didn't like the revelation of Batman Beyond and Waller, it's the scene where Batman ( Bruce) stays with 10 as she's dying. Showing a side of Batman not shown very often.

The final Jem episode "A Father Should Be..."

Ba Nee, a Vietnam war orphan is searching for her American father. If you remember the Hey Arnold episode "Arnold's Christmas" where Mr. Hyunh is reunited with his daughter, it's like the reverse version.

My favorite tawog episode:

So much of The Maxx cartoon is deserving, but I'd probably have to pick the episode about Sarah. I was so much like her when I was younger, confused and angry about the world.

Sarah: "I thought once I decided not to kill myself, things'd be better. But I still feel just as empty as ever!"
Maxx: "Pain lasts kid. It's how you know you're alive. Sometimes I think this whole growing up business is just pain management."
Sarah: "You get that out of a fortune cookie?"
Maxx: "Very funny. Pain, Julie runs from hers. Mine follows me through nightmare. And you're wading through yours"
Sarah: "Waiting?"
Maxx: "No, wading."
Sarah:"Oh..."
Maxx: "Nobody said it was easy kid."
