Regional Differences in Video Games.

Sounds a bit against the spirit of things, but you can't say it isn't realistic...

In the words of Peggy Hill: "Careful with those $20, Bobby — this isn't like your videogames! Random hobos won't drop more when you kill them" xD
Is realistic not being able to kick someone on the floor? ::winkfelix

Sick designs honestly.
Their structure reminds me of the mechs in Macross specifically. Would be so rad to see these in Super Robot Wars and et-cetera.
I do Actually like the Robots more than the Og it gives it a bit of a Sci fi look.

Oh and the surprisingly the German Intro of Resident Evil was uncut unlike the American version shocking for the land who has a censor boner.
As far as I can remember the directors cut edition or what it was.

In Japan, the game Shatterhand for the NES was released as Tokkyū Shirei Solbrain and was a licensed tie-in game to the tokusatsu series of the same name.

Most differences were in terms of graphics (and the Japanese version follows the story of the TV series it was based on), but a submarine-themed level in Shatterhand was replaced with a carnival-themed level in Solbrain, some enemies had less HP in Solbrain, and a few bosses were changed between levels.

The guy at Shatterhand cover gives me vibes of Johnny Cage from Mortal Kombat

The european version of Fester's Quest made the game """Slightly""" easier by fixing two complains of the USA version: Shots pass through walls and enemies aren't damage sponges, the game is still so-so, but if you like it, play the EU version instead

I really dig how this show looks upon looking up. Thanks for posting this, adding this one to my toku watchlist.

oh man, Command and Conquers Generals got the absolute worst of it in Germany. Altering units and people's faces to make them robotic or just plain odd

The units of the Faction "Global Liberation Army" known as GLA had the worst with things becoming so comical that it doesn't make any sense.

As far as I'm aware, EA will never touch this game with a huge pole since it has a TON of offensive or down right racist quotes.

The European version PAL of Twisted Metal: Black for PS2 completely removes the game's cutscenes and several absurd censorship

There's a platformer for the Famicom called Kamen no Ninja Hanamaru, which would get a US release on the NES, but it was reskinned to be based on Domino's then-mascot, The Noid
