I think the first one. On the second one, it's look like having gloves on legs, but is it have legs?

Second one is definitely cuter, I agree, but the first one seems more realistic seeing as the frontal appendages were often used in a similar way to hands by the Anomalocaris.

There's a lot to think about here...
