Day of Reckoning 2 is the greatest wrestling game ever made in my opinion. It's a perfect mix of being arcade-y and fast-paced but also kind of realistic. It is a little feature-light but it holds up and the story mode is decent. Sadly it doesn't have the psycho refs from the first game that will beat your ass thoroughly if you accidentally hit them.
Day of Reckoning 2 would've been perfect if it had title defenses in exhibition mode. I mean come on, who wouldn't want to have Kenzo Suzuki running around with the big gold belt? (pretty sure DOR2 was his only wrestling game appearance lol)
Wrestling is more or less a "glorified stunt show" with elements of Soap Opera. I got into it in my teens watching Smackdown (also played a bunch of "Here Comes The Pain" on my cousin's PS2) and have been a fan ever since, though the 2010's was a ROUGH time to come back into it. Watching 90's ECW helped
Agreed! A friend and I had our own version of a league keeping track of the results of matches. If only the features of Smackdown vs. Raw 2006 could have been married with the gameplay of Day of Reckoning, it'd be a perfect game. Yeah I think that was it for Kenzo, he didn't last too long, though somehow was tag champs with Rene Dupree for a second.

You wouldnt stick the training, the travel or the dedication and your chances of retiring from it with your back and neck intact is a low percentage so away on and talk about my little pony or whatever it is you do best.
