Sometimes i wonder how people would react nowadays to Spoilers that are common knowledge, in fact, sometimes i wonder how was living in the times where twists like "Rosebud was a sled" or Darth Vader is Luke's Father" were legit twist instead of being at this point taugh at nurseries

Take it from my experience, bakuma1997!
one thing is living the spoiler, another different story, is -living the moment- no matter the spoilers.
you never know, when you have the opportunity to that moment and just the time will pass...
years without whatever you are enjoying, and maybe, you will never have a second chance.
only god knows...

Well, the former wasn't a big deal, knowing what Rosebud refers to doesn't really matter without the context of the rest of his life throughout the film, but I can tell you the Darth Vader reveal shook everyone right the hell up. (Or I can tell you my dad's take on it, I'm not *that* old.) The worst part was that you had to wait years to see what that meant for the characters, my old man says he must have heard a million ideas and theories from his friends until RotJ came out. One of his pals was convinced Vader was a machine that took the body of Luke's father after he killed him, like some kind of cyborg body-snatcher.

Speaking of Star Wars, here’s a random thought: I wish that series had focused more on the Flash Gordon retro-futuristic ultra-soft sci-fi stuff over the knights and space magic midichlorian family bloodline BS. I don’t like Star Wars, but there’s conceivably a universe where I could if it had dropped all the fantasy romance stuff from the start. I prefer the actual Flash Gordon movie over any Star Wars content by several parsecs.

Are you sure? Every planet beyond Jupiter has temperatures colder than the void of space. That’s not where I’d want to spend my holiday!

Of course, Venus is the hottest object in the solar system aside from the Sun’s core, so if you ever change your mind, no need to pack a jacket.

Well, if you're really taking my joke seriously, considering as I am just a human right now, then no. But, if Earth switched place with Mars from the very beginning, way before life started, then yes, because I'll be no human, anyway. If life even formed, at least, we'll evolve differently and (barely) thrive on ice. And if life doesn't form, then whatever. In any case, I don't have to suffer Southeast Asian heat. It's so hot, my shoes almost melt on the asphalt. Go figure how that feels on my Chinese skin

That aside, isn't space generally has -454°F? How is Saturn with -288°F, and Uranus with -371°F colder than space?

i like to play alot of older jrpg's on 2x speed and it feels perfect
most of them are painfully slow at regular speed

I like playing turn-based RPGs and Yu-Gi-Oh this way, lol. Everything is too slow unless 2x

The only exception being FFIX and FFX. For some reasons, I really like the slowness. Not that it is very slow to begin with

The trick with Playstation games is to use the Turbo and Fast-Forward hotkeys on Duckstation. Set one to your preferred normal, call it "cruising" speed, and the other to "what's wrong with the prologue text in FF Tactics". You'll be powering through Xenogears and the like in half the time it takes to tell.
