We've lived long lives. We all have oddities about us. What are some of yours? For me, I'm not sure how it started, but I feel compelled to change every "woman" in a song to "wombat" and likewise every "girl" into "squirrel"

~Squirrels just wanna have fun šŸŽ¶

There's actually much than that. I'm very weird. Anyway carry-on

I turn everything to an element of my sense of humor and when stuff is interesting I like to explain it no matter how long it would take lol.

Then it make people tell me "dude write a book" or "be a professor or something", however I only write short stories and not interested in teaching as a career per se. Why I explain stuff is the moment's mood and fun for me.

Other than this I like to invent games in any way. For example my latest guessing game is guessing height of people I watch in movies and tv series and then I check how close I was on IMDb lol.

I like to say "Grimace" instead of "Christmas." It stemmed from Chuggaaconroy's "Partners in Time" LP where he named one of the episodes "Have a Holli-Jolli Grimace" (or something to that effect). It has stuck with me ever since.

I often ā€coverā€ my thumb with my index finger as a kind of comfort/stress relief mechanism. My mom noticed I did it and got really surprised, because apparently both her and my grandmother do the same thing.

I say "bloody" and a sarcastic "lovely" a lot when cursing things for an American with an otherwise normal Oregonian-Midwestern accent (that weird thing where people from Oregon often sound similar to people from the Midwest, complete with slang like saying "pop" instead of soda and "oop" when nearly bumping into people or dropping something).

I laugh a bit during nervous or awkward moments to break uncomfortable silence. It's gotten me in trouble a few times as people think I'm laughing *at* them, which I'm not trying to.

allot of words can make remember songs that has that word and I start sining on them. I can have a normal discussion hear a random word connect it to a song and start sining on it even if my sining is pure and utter trash.

So you are like a living jukebox?

Kind of. I mean I got so many songs in my head it kind of scary because I always connect a word to a song. You could say my fish died and I got I just died in your arms tonight. Or I owe you 500 bucks and I wild go But I would walk 500 miles. No wonder i often won the music quizes at school because I recognized tune so easy >.<

I'll actually cheer up if you start singing that one after my fish died :loldog
But I get you, its like when I sometimes connects things in everyday life with some dialogue of The Simpsons.

I pronounce "Grimace" the same way one would pronounce "Versace"

I don't really do this anymore but some time ago after dinner I would pick a yoghurt for dessert and eat it in front of the bathroom's mirror with the light out.

Asides from that, I ocasionally just say some random word or sentence. Bloody Valentine.

my body is a machine that turns a can of monster into an empty can of monster

I tend to hum random music or say some quotes from a game, show or meme occasionally
i've been repeating lyrics from linkin park and limp bizkit songs in my head all week

I have plenty of quirks, but I’d say the most unsettling one was wrapping my music CD cases in toilet paper so they wouldn’t get scratched by each other. That said, they still look brand new to this day, and I’m proud of that...

Whenever I get cuddled up under a bunch of cozy blankets or am comfortable in a bed my vocal stim is purring like a cat. It's not even a furry thing, I genuinely have no idea what caused it😭😭😭
