Question for anyone familiar w/ Yun in SF Alpha MAX (PSP)

MOVE: Senkyutai: QCF+Kick [X Z V]
-Yun launches himself upward at a slight angle foot-first. The stronger the
Kick used, the higher Yun propels.

I can get all his moves to work, like QCF + P but this kick does not.

This info from the SuperCombo Wiki illustrates that it can be used with all three Isms but I'm wondering if that's actually the case?
Also using a World Tour-Created Yun so do I, maybe, need to unlock this move with XP points?

As far as a I can tell (and I'm testing it now on my actual PSP), the Senkyutai is only available for X-Ism and V-Ism. If you're using A-Ism, it won't work but you get Tetsuzan Kou (DP+P) instead which isn't available in X-Ism but useable in V-Ism. V-Ism gets both moves.

I don't think you can actually unlock moves in World Tour though you could unlock custom combos for an A or X-ism character. If you could actually unlock moves there, I'd be very happy if I could make an X-Ism Chun (classic costume Chun-Li) that has an unlocked non-reversal Tensho and a Kikouken. (I never liked her Alpha costume)

A (or "Z") Ism redacts Senkyutai.
X-Ism removes Yun's F>QCF + P move
V-Ism offers all moves.

Alpha 3 has this dumbass thing where some moves are only available in a certain ISM. Bison's old Psycho Crusher is only available in X-ISM, There's a bunch of moves that are absent from Z/A-ISM, not to mention Balrog's headbutt being a reversal only move. WHY?
I like Alpha 3, but this is freaking stupid.
