So this was a weird translation rabbit hole to jump down, at least for myself. This is related to a long (300+ chapters) gag manga called ピューと吹く! ジャガー (Flute Blower/Player Jaguar) but apparently the official english title is Phwoo! Blows the Jaguar. I also recognize the guy from the Jump Ultimate DS game that was released a while back but had no idea where he was from. This GBA game seems to be a minigame collection of Wario Ware style games? I think?? There does seem to be Castlevania parodies/characters in it which is why its in the Castlevania wiki. Interesting choice but okay.
This is also the second game of this franchise but that was for ps2.
Anyway, on with the title translation. ピューと吹く!ジャガー ビョ~と出る!メガネくん can be translated literally as Flute Blower Jaguar-kun: Megane-kun. This title uses a lot of katakana (words of non-Japanese origin) so there is no additional meaning for things like "Jaguar". If anything it may refer to the animal. "Megane" is another issue because (as those who tag things might know) "megane" can refer to eyeglasses. However that's usually
眼鏡 not メガネくん. I couldn't find anyone in the manga who goes by Megane-kun so it could be a game only character. It could also be both, with "megane" as a nickname referring to someone specific like "Specs" or "Four Eyes"
(But then again, I'm using elementary student Japanese and I could be 105% wrong about all of this)
Blah blah translation is hard, etc the point is that this would be tricky for localization. I think a translator would have to get creative to have this make sense in English. Since its a partial Castlevania clone, I'd go with that. "Flute Blower Jaguar: Symphony of Megane" or "Phwoo! Blows the Jaguar - Dawn of Specs". Something like that.
