Thank you for mentioning Puzzle Bobble for being the granddaddy of this genre, and also for using the Japanese title here as I prefer that title over Bust-a-Move tbh, and yeah Puzzloop does make sense when you explain it like that, I just thought Ballistic sounds better than Magnetica because it's a word play of Balls and Ballistic.I like the original name: I always describe it as "Puzzle Booble on a Loop", talking about rip-offs.. But i think it generated a game subgenere followed by Zuma/Luxor and the zillion of Android clones

I wouldn't call it a rip off, Zuma has a lot more going on for it, it's like saying Super Mario Bros. ripped off Pac-Land or Legend of Zelda ripped off Hydlide.so this is what zuma ripped off
