You caught my attention with Dreamcast, does it turn .cdi format but makes the games actually smaller in size with no compromises?

As for the Wii game, I actually have it as wbfs format, scrubbed, all games I have are like that, but I converted them back to non-compressed iso for better compatibility.

The format i'm using isn't a playable format. It's made for the tool where it maps which sectors are normal and which are zero. In some PS1/PS2 games it maps files to the iso, and then it will avoid duplicates on games that use multiple discs. (dot hack, and FF7 being good examples).

If the dictionary/sliding-window is large enough this tool becomes irrelevant.

You can either get this patch or get an ISO or WBFS of the game (or you can just convert an RVZ to the latter like I did) to put on the new patch that was made only because the person who made this one is actually a creep (Oh hey, just like Schezo! Or a less likeable version of him because he's in real life.):
Added this.
it's WBFS 324 MB ready to play on both Wii and Dolphin.

CHD file format is commonly used to convert/compress GDI as well as PSX and PS2 games (among other things). CHDs can be used with emulators also, and subsequently converted back into ISO/GDI form later if need be. To answer your first question: yes.

Anyhow, you can get latest chdman exe from official MAME package; just need that one tiny exe. Put it in a folder with 'CHDMAN Compress & Extract Menu.bat' (google search takes you to it, on launchbox forum) for a nice GUI with easy to understand options.

CHD format saves a ton of space. It's a great archival and practical format in one, kinda like wbfs.
Oh you mean CHDMAN, yeah I dabbled in that, I'm not the biggest fan of CHD format tbh, too much headache to set up, has compatibility issues not just with real hardware but on several emulators, and it seems quite taxing on hardware (I don't play on PC btw) I get why it's popular but it's not for me, thanks though.

Extracted to a 4Gb iso file. however ran through to remove the zero/null sectors (literally empty) and it's the same size as the rar (well 300k smaller actually. With compression it shave another 3Mb)..

Let me know if anyone would want to use such a tool, good for Dreamcast images too.

Thank you very much for sharing this game of Puyo Puyo, Juiceala 👍🏻👍🏻

And this PP game looks good to be as well as in the English translation of the game that is well done.

Had that one for a while now, hope the 15th and 20th anniversary for Wii will eventually get translations.
