Can PNs be enabled? I don't think so, since I can't find its option. I mean the ones that appear on the smartphone home screen accompanied by a sound effect. Can you implement them in the near future? Thanks.

This version of XenForo is identical to the version of GBATemp from many years ago, and PNs were already available there. Very strange.... You know, they're not essential, but it's very convenient (and fun) to receive notifications on your phone's home screen, without having to keep peeking to look for any replies or responses from users. If it's not possible to activate them, I'll deal with it. ?‍

You can find them under "preferences" (a bit awkward to find on mobile, I'll admit):

(My phone doesn't support them, but you get the idea).

Yeah, they seem to work, provided the phone browser has them enabled and the site is allowed to send them in there.

The only downside (defect): the so-called "notification bombs"!!! What are they? When you wake up tomorrow morning after a good restful sleep, and turn on your smartphone, you will see (and hear) what I'm talking about... ????????....
