psp games

I still have my PSP. It needs repairs but still workable. I mostly play it for Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max and Darkstalkers Chronicles because Capcom doesn't port their console versions (only arcade ones) in their retro collections for modern systems.

Back in the day, I played a lot of MHFU and Monster Hunter Portable 3rd with our local MH community in Starbucks and restaurants.

Daxter, the first game I played in English (did not understand a thing) and need for speed most wanted 510, my first ever racing game (yes, I did come back to it later and saw how awful it really was)

The PSP library is full of way too many games to pass up on, there's lots of very nice recommendations in this thread but since no one else has mentioned it I'll say just Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. Make sure you get the https://github.com/FUComplete/Patch if you decide to play it!
True, the PSP library is full of gems.

- Dissidia 012 Duodecim
- Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker
- Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception/Ace Combat Joint Assault
- R-Type Command
- Disgaea 2 Dark Hero Days
- Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core

Just some of the games I sunk a lot of hours in back in high school that I look back fondly. Simpler times.

In my childhood there was only a Gameboy and Tetris and it was good
Same here, old school, lol. An original generation one GameBoy with dull dot matrix screen, no backlight, Tetris and Super Mario Land, and that was it. My whole house played Tetris on that thing, had decent volume. Spend my teenage years in a mountain wilderness environment, would've gone insane without it. Was gifted a modded PSP in 2015, blown away, wished that was around when was young. Modded PSP had full set of roms for SNES, NES, Megadrive, to this day, still favourite mobile system. Fav game on PSP I had, played it loads, Tekken 5/6, all the outfits and other stuff, ended up just playing that game
