So this happend to me at the second week of this year,i was playing castlevania aria of sorrow in the gba emulator on my psp 3000(in my opinion the best version of it) but when i finish the game and was ready to sleep i turn it of and the power button got dislocated.
In that moment i feel so sad and beaten that i went to sleep becaus it was 0:30 or something, after that i put my psp in the games store in my little city that i bought it so the owner of the shop would by the needed pieces to repair it i only hope my psp gets repaired soon

I'm for you. I happen to own a PSP too, one that I have from a parent so I try my best to take care of it to the best of my abilities, as it is very special to me. The power button itself is a bit janky, I would say just lightly push it as much as you can since that part of the PSP tends to be fragile. Let me know how it goes when it gets fixed!

I feel bad man, it feels like most of the PSPs that people got right now are starting to break in some way

I hope you'll get it fixed ::bigboss

That's too bad. My 1000 model has a damaged card reader so it's essentually useless as I can't run anything off the card reader or save UMD games. Hope you can find someone to fix it.

the worst thing is that my psp is technically in a good condicion(in the best way i can cuz i don't have the necessary tools for maintaning the plastics and metal parts and components in good quality) because when i was in my 10 years i just stop playing it and left it alone in my things, because i did not had a pc at that time and could not put new games on it and by doing that the original battery i had just stopped working thankfully i asked a guy to buy a new one for me however this happens and thanks for the support i realy appreciated it

THE PSP IS BECK ON TRACK BABY LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
the only problem is the battery because for some reason it can stop working for a little bit but its no big deal

Few years ago i've been modding my psp and accidentally removed the OS lol

I might have a nuclear warhead on my hands.
So i was studying portuguese on my room and wanted to play some tunes on the psp and it refused to turn on so i did the normal thing i do in this situation.
plug the charger on it turn it on and unplug it when the psp starts so it uses the battery(its the only way i know to turn it on) and was genuinely scared when i see the battery info.
POWER:100%

POWER SOURCE:Battery
PLS HELP

The time is probably in minutes, has to be right?

the battery of my 3000 model kind of lost its charge but it didnt puff up like most people Ive seen around so it might be recoverable
