Man. if true I need to consider disconnecting my PS4 from internet finally and see if it's time. But I also do use, seldom so, some of the online functionality like playing some F2P games online, and most games I am interested in on PS4, I have purchased for it already.

There's no if to it. He straight up showed it in the video. And if Modded Warfare posts a JB video, you can take it to the bank as it were, that it is legit and works.
