It's a collection of simple minigames and part simulation. I played it about a month ago and really enjoyed it.
There's also an upcoming English dubbed version coming to PC and consoles very soon.

I'm kind of cheating here, because fan translations exist, but...

Front Mission and Front Mission: Gunhazard (SFC/SNES)

I played translations of both via emulation decades ago (wow that's weird to say), but I bought physical, CIB copies of the games later on, and was able to play them both to completion on real hardware. Sure, all of the dialogue is completely in Japanese, but everything necessary to actually play the game is in english..

The Wizardry collection, Llylgamyn Saga, has english options for text despite never coming over. Well, I guess it's not that unusual since the original games were in english and all, but still unusual in my opinion.

Panzer Bandit you can actually play fine or only need a simple translation guide off of GameFAQs. Mainly if you wanna know how to increase your credits. All you get is five credits total and that's it.
