Heyo! I have a quick question regarding vita3k. I have it up and running on my steam deck. Works great for most of the games I want to play, with a few being a bit buggy.

Does the installation method affect stability? I’ve been using the .zip install rather than nonpdrm.

If I install the nonpdrm way, will certain game run smoother or does it not matter?

Thanks!

I Don't think it matters, as they both install to the Same Place.
I know some game's won't work unless you use .Zip and some won't unless you use the nonpdrm way.

but as far as i can tell <use Vita3k on a Windows system, its broke atm on Batocera, least mine is>
That Either work's the Same, as long as it installs Correctly.
Your mileage may varie, as Steamdecks are Different to Windows.

Wish i could have been more help. Sorry
