I remember watching gameplay footage of this game and the predator TARGETING civilians who are tied up made me raise an eyebrow.

Seeing the screenshots got me thinking, wouldn't mind a hack of SNES Shadowrun, but done as a Predator 2 or Terminator game or something. I didn't know this game here existed until just now.
