I've always had a thing for funny, violent, mentally ill women, and while she might not be from an anime, she is from a Visual Novel which im gonna say it means it counts.
Her name is Ootori Kanae and she's wonderful. (I also really like characters who have their eyes closed all the time I think its cool af.)
