Racing Lagoon is THE game with bangers; a couple of years ago it was fully translated. It's a street racing RPG, yeah, RPG. It's a superb concept and executed pretty well for what it is: tons of iconic Japanese cars and some European and American ones (and trims; just as an example , the R32 is on the basic config, gts, gtt gtr even gts-4) of the era, a lot of tuning—you can change engines and parts, like turbos, flywheels, superchargers, compression, etc; change chassis and drivetrain, change wheels, remove or add weight, suspension, height, brakes, and a lot of customization: spoilers, bodykits, color, vinyls, and, as I said, banger music. And if all of that is not enough, the game has replayability. Once you beat it, if you start the game again, overwriting your save game, in your new game you will be able to skip cinematics and texts, and more importantly, faster and rarer cars will spawn a lot earlier and more frequently, making it a little harder but keeping it interesting. The gameplay could be frustrating at first till it clicks and you start enjoying it. If you need to be convinced, just check the intro music.
