Well I'm sure they'll be offering full refunds right? Right??!!

Streaming platforms are bad enough but I just can't understand why people 'buy' movies or music in a format that can be deleted by a 3rd party. With game consoles you don't have much of a choice unless you have a PC but movies and music can be watched and listened to on nearly every modern device out there.

The most I do is rent (and only because it's cheaper) :loldog

Don't worry, fellas, this mean we'll be getting another Concord, PS+ getting price increase (yet again), and of course future physical game will have DRM check to make sure you insert the disc while online at least once.

I hope you're ready for the F U T U R E

Well I'd sure hope everyone either kept their Blu-Rays and DVDs, or they will face extreme consequences.

September is going to be a nightmare for all of us this year.

Did anyone even buy movies off the PS Store?
Also this is why physical media will always be better.

Not even once. Why do that, when I can get the physical versions? Seems like nobody learned their lesson from the Funimation app. This happened back in 2024.

No-CD cracks were our declaration of independence as gamers... how in the world did we allow ourselves to be herded back to the cage?!

"🔺❌⭕🔺🟫🟫🔺❌"

Huh, what's that Sony?

"🔺❌🟫⭕⭕🟫"

Just pirate things? You sure? I mean, isn't that illegal?

"🟫⭕🔺🔺🟫🟫"

You mean, you and other large corporates will never provide a service that's fair to people even for decades to come?

"⭕"

The "Play has no limits" at the bottom of that e-mail is the cherry on top.

You never actually own anything digital.
I hate it but they just want our money and for us to have nothing to show for it.

lol

I remembered an old story from an imaginary friend from a more developed country (compared to mine) about how he and his family were watching some Christmas family horror movie (Gremlins, Critters etc, I forget), paused it, and went for a walk at midnight. They came back after midnight and… couldn’t finish watching the movie. It had disappeared from the streaming service.

Remember, this is what happens when you gamecucks endorse their 80$ shitty games. I'd say don't say I didn't warn you, but I doubt any of you are smart enough not to go buying 80$ games
