They should have let SuperBot do a traditional fighter like they wanted to do originally. Instead they ripped off Digimon Battle Spirit or that Namco Dream TV fighter game that was JP only (too lazy to google which came first atm).

I feel like then it would have aged a lot better and found a tourny scene even if it failed miserably.

Not hating on the original game though (I platinumed it on Vita)
