What the heck happened?

No idea what caused it specifically, but I’ve seen him post pretty iffy stuff on his profile previously.
Leaving it at that though so we don’t clutter the thread with speculation!

This one's going to be a little unusual I think. First off, the game really did not want to cooperate with me on the whole screenshot thing so some corruption crept in but since everything relevant looks OK it shouldn't be a problem. Second of all, the game is really easy to guess so in order to make it resemble a challenge I ask you to be very precise about your answer this time.

The only other option I can see is Mortal Kombat Trilogy ( I didn't knew it was a followup to UMK3)

And that's exactly what it is. The thing about Trilogy is that it's the only one that has Johnny Cage in it out of all MK3 revisions which is why I asked for a precise answer. Your turn!
