As for clues, like @Clippy semi-guessed, it's one of the PSX Tales... somebody should guess which one of the 3 ?

I don't know the early titles in the series well enough to be able to differentiate between them to tell you which one it is in your screenshot so I'm going to randomly guess it's Tales of Destiny.

No, we give a clue after 24 hours (or three wrong guesses). You only get a turn by guessing correctly, which makes the game all the more addicting IMO.
