Pitaya's Reviews

this is still getting updated here on RetroGameTalk. Here are some of the past reviews that I have been working on.

Antonblast is an inde game that attempts to revive the aspects of Wario Land 4, Crash Bandicoot, and other games and blends it in to a nice package. I like it for it being a good game overall, but at the same time it goes a bit too far into the homages that its identity cannot go without it. My review will better explain this. Back to Puyo Puyo!

After three, count-em *three* resets of this game (two of which due to me factory-resetting my PC), I have finally completed Blaster Master Zero. This game is pretty alright and I am happy that I had played this game. Should this game not have a massive difficulty spike, this game would've been an easy 4/5.

And for the final review that I'm working on, Puyo Puyo Sun is my favorite Compile-Era Puyo Puyo game released by them, with Puyo Pop Fever being my favorite. Reason for the final review? Well it's for a while that I'm taking a break from working on this shit. As well as inetracting with people, considering how 2025 is going for me, I think that this is for the better of me and that I need to move on from things.

I have fallen asleep on the Forum. latest reviews as of now. If people even check this thread and acknowledge my presence in the first place...

Been taking a little break from working on reviews becuase y'know, writer's block. I got a bunch of reviews on my flash drive that I could just post right now but uh... I just want to take a break, focusing on life as I know it. This was the most I've hanged out with my family, and at times I feel like I'm too seperated from them despite living in the same house.

No more Pitaya's Backloggd Reviews, this is now simply called Pitaya's Reviews since with this next review of mine, it'll be from a nice site called Bear Blog. And here, I'll be talking about the Wii remake of Klonoa: Door to Phantomile, a gem on the PlayStation.

I can't believe it. My review of Space Bust-a-Move has been finally released. I have been stalling for long enough, I now need to start getting into the move and groove of working on reviews again. For those that see this, I suggest taking some time off and read a silly retro nerd reviewer's thoughts on a DS Action Puzzle game.
