I don't care what anyone says, this game is absolute nostalgia for me. Found it back in 1st grade on the very first day we got Sega Channel. Genesis is definitely the best home port, but the arcade version is still definitive.

*Edit: Disregard this comment and go download the Hack, it fixes the biggest problem with the game design.

Not entirely familiar with this version, but I've heard that it's much better than the SNES one.

I've played the Mega Drive/Genesis version once and I found it to be the best version of the game, even more than the Arcade, although playably it's slightly better than in the Arcade but it doesn't mean much and as well as the graphics that it has a better field of view than in the Arcade, but at the cost of having visual sacrifices both in the level of detail and in the color palette, but still not it looks so bad and the music is close to the Arcade and as well as the sound effects too but the Life system are actually continues which allows you to continue up to 3 times throughout the game And it feels like an improvement over the arcade but it worsens visually except in the wider field of view. but, well.

Added the much superior Mega Drive/Genesis version so people can actually have some nostalgia dopamine instead of just appalling suffering (looking at you, SNES version).
