Lmao this is funny, you're the one that fixated with "playable" marks without even checking the actual github page for the game and somehow it's on me. Here many example of compatibility list being misleading and doesn't equal "finishable", the page report even made by spike himself. Spike only tested early game but the devs gave the game "playable" marks directly.

Says that Digimon should be fully playable and that the missing text issue has been fixed. Which for me is WRONG as I have missing text everywhere making the game unplayable

Is it really hard to admit that you made a mistake by not checking that list in the first place and not familiarizing yourself with their chart before commenting? If you have a problem with that compatibility list, take it up with the Vita3K guys.
Is it really hard to understand those status marks aren't perfect? So many games compatibility on vita3k are misleading because the dev doesn't bother checking and updating every reports.

Same. I was really big in play PSO 1&2 and even 3 on Gamecube with friends offline and online back in the day. Played Phantasy Star Zero in college which felt like a good call back.
thanks for this! i was obsessed with pso and universe as a kid, but trying to play pso2 now is so overwhelming and different that i just cant get into it, so getting to play a single player game made with only the early pso2 mechanics might actually be fun

Actually, according to Vita3K's website:
| Playable (59.26%): Games that can be played from start to finish with playable performance and no game breaking glitches. |
If PS Nova still crashes, then it should be yellow:
| Ingame + (14.01%): Games that go far ingame but have glitches that render the game unplayable or have non-playable performance. |
This game uses PSO2 mechanics and is a single-player offline version of that game, apparently, although made by tri-Ace (and speaking of them, I am still waiting for a fully human-translated Frontier Gate Boost english patch, no AI used)

Ah, that's a bummer. I suppose it's best to wait until it's finished then.
Big ups to Spike for all these great vita uploads. Emulator compatibility may still be hit or miss, but its fantastic to have pre-packed (and patched) copies rather than having to go through the rigamarole of installing them normally.
