As far as I'm aware there's no missing content, just the Saturn obviously looks a little rougher visually. It's also japanese only, but there's probably translation patches out there I imagine.

The Saturn version has lower quality FMVs and it's heavily censored. The PC version is better.

I think you're better off with the PC version because the Saturn version is outdated.
