Well as im more of a Shin megami tensi fan than persona fan "I do love persona" I will add demons from all of the games I enjoyed.

Mara because how ridiculous of a demon it is for us but totally normal for a country that even have festivals celebrating man hoods.

Baal because just cool.
Lilith well because it´s Lilith
Nekomata because Cat girls duh
Pixie because she is always so adorable
Lady known in japanese as Earth mother goddess. Because I love her design.
Hathor well egyptian godess and a classic
Angel becuse a classic.
Titania also wonderfull design
Lilim a classic

Jack frost, Black Frost, Jack-o´-Lantern, King frost all of them are classic staples and always the best of the best.

Well jack lantern can be really freaky! Sometime in shin megami tensei 1.3 on gba 7 of them attack you and ask you to break a rock.....
I like they classic design too.
Angle was good but I like archangel more than angel because of cool look like.

so many choices. i REALLY love kazuma kaneko's illustrations so it's between these. but i also adore tsukiyomi, thanatos and messiah. as well as some of the picaro designs, too many choices.

Demeter I like because she was so unexpectedly cute. SMTV is a very dreary game, and she was a real beacon in that darkness.

And Yoshitsune is just, well, they're badass.
