Perfect Dark High Performance D-pad restoration

Hi all - I didn't see anyone else had done this, so I updated the Perfect Dark High Performance mod to restore D-pad controls. Previously, they were disabled and used only to interact with the performance graph.

Thank goodness! This puts less strain on my control sticks! Makes for a more stress-free gaming experience, where I don’t constantly have to worry about putting wear and tear on controllers that I have issues fixing (I’ve tried in the past and ended up somehow messing it up).
