Is the Penguin-kun Wars Arcade and Famicom but Portable.

For me, this game will always be Animal Wars, like the MSX (and the first) version.

Nah, the first version was arcade and I believe it was called Penguin Kun Wars ...one of the first hidden gems I fell in love with on MAME over two and a half decades ago.
Of all the ports, this GB version is probably my favourite.
