What's a good emulator to play PC-98 games on? I heard of Neko Project II, but I admit that I haven't tried it out yet.

Neko Project is the one people use the most and also it's THE best PC-98 emulator but it hasn't been updated in a long time. Check out it's fork, Neko Project 21/W instead.

Neko Project II and Retroarch (uses the former for the core) are pretty much your best options

They're Lakers because they're drowning in obscurity in the giant PC 98 library

I'd mostly use it on Retroarch as it's the only program that gets constant updates for the emulator
