2) IS FREN WITH ANY CONDIMENT
By itself, pasta is simply dough you boil, but even if you simply eat it still satisfactory to eat, even if your weak Euclidian tastebuds can't take its flavor, you can accompany it with various components
Beef? Grind it and mix it
Tomatoes? Mash them and pour them above or put the mall together in a broth
Fish? Mix them all with mayo
Ham? Dice it, add cream and down the hatch
Peanut butter?... what the he...?
CHEESE? OF COURSE YOU CAN
3) SLOW DIGESTION
It's slow digestion means its protection will stay longer in your body, its calorie content will kepp you well fed until supper or lunch depending of when you dine it, due to how is made, pasta also lacks sodium excess than, say, plain beef, so you body is safe, also yo ucan cook it in Holy Water to keep yourself safe of demons in a long while
